Name: Vuldin
Class: Trooper
Advanced Class: Commando
Time Zone: EST
Availability: Any time really, I'm flexible
MMO Experience:
*2 years of Ragnarok, where I was a part of the national championships for 11vs11 PvP (although admittedly PvP in that game was incredibly low skill capped), but fun experience for a 15 year old though (4 years ago).
*2 years of World of Warcraft (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/proudmoore/vuldin/simple), where I got a lot of achievements for my toon, a lot of high-end raiding. Sadly never got into arena that much, hoping to do that more in SW:ToR, but before quitting at the start of t12, I did get a lot of nice memories from t11 raiding (but we all know t8 was the best). 2 healing Sinestra 10man is something I'll never forget.
Guild Expectations:
After spending a few days browsing the swtor official forums for a few hours daily, I've realized first-hand how horrible and "carebear" the majority of the community is, although I really shouldn't be surprised. So yeah, I don't want to spend the first month or two in SW:ToR guild hopping because I wasn't smart enough to find a decent guild pre-launch.
I'm expecting to join a guild where people don't use the excuse "I DON'T HAVE TO RESEARCH MY CLASS, I'M A CASUAL AND I HAVE A LIFE". Where people actually want to play the game properly and competitively. Not that I'm an elitist, I just prefer players who feel the same way that I do.
Can Contribute:
Can contribute a fun personality in gchat that makes jokes, but can get serious when need be
Additional Information:
For my first toon, I don't intend to space bar through the dialogue, I really want to enjoy the story part of the game while I'm leveling. However that doesn't mean I'm gonna take 2 months to get to 50, I'll be playing nonstop mostly as soon as this game comes out
And yeah, I don't know if I wanna get back into the whole PvE 4h/4n week raiding schedule, SW:ToR hasn't convinced me yet although that will probably change closer to release. PvP however is something I'm really looking forward to in this game.
