I. Basic
Name: Rays (rainger from the wildstar forums)
Profession: Medic
Path: Settler
Role: Melee DPS (lets be honest, medics are melee) / Healing offspec? Not really sure.. Could do either. I think at this point I'd rather DPS though.
Age: 24
Time Zone: EST
Average Hours Per Week: 10-12
II. Experience
MMO History: I've played too many to remember them all.. but here's a small list off the top of my head: Asheron's Call, DAOC, EQ1 and 2, Lineage 1 and 2, GW 1 and 2, WoW of course, SWG, SWTOR, City of Heroes, Warhammer online, LOTRO, Neverwinter, Dark and Light, Rift, Age of Conan
Raiding: The majority of my raiding experience was in WoW. I payed from vanilla through beginning of cataclysm. In BC I completed BT and Sunwell (post patch). WOTLK was the heigh of my raiding career, completing Heroic Lichking US 40th (http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/lightbringer/Legions/rating.tier10_25). I played as a shadow priest and had several top 10 dps parses on fights in ICC.
PvP: I enjoy doing world pvp more than organized pvp, mostly because I've never had a real "team" to play organized PVP with (in WoW, I didn't really get into arenas, etc). I enjoyed world pvp during BC at the elemental plateau for example.
Leadership: I was the "raid ready" officer in Legions (my top progression guild in wow) - checking each person in the raid's gear (enchants/gems) / consumables prior to raid and reporting to the other leaders if anyone was sub-par in their character optimization.
III. Computer Stuff
CPU: i5-4670k
RAM: 16GB ddr3-2133
GPU: GTX770
Headset: Yes
IV. Whatever Else
Other Contributions: I am a web designer/graphic designer/user interface designer by day.
Guild Expectations: I consider myself a skilled player and I am looking to play with players of similar skill level who know that time is valuable and want to make the most of it. I don't have 30+ hours to play games anymore like I did when I was in college. I don't even know if I can commit to raiding (depends on times and days, really), but I'd like to join a guild with likeminded, profesional players to level up, do adventures, dungeons, veterans, world pvp, warplots, etc. Hopefully, recruiting someone who isn't sure if he can commit to raiding or not isn't a problem for you guys; but if it is, then I totally understand.
