I. General
Name: Shadowfist (Tim)
Profession: Warrior or Thief
Role: DPS/Support
Age: 25
Time Zone: CST
Average Hours Per Week: 40
II. Experience
MMO History: SWG, L2, WoW, RIFT, Aion, WAR, SW:ToR and a few more I can't even remember the names of any longer.
Raiding: AQ in vanilla WoW, Hyjal in BC WoW. Left SW:TOR, Aion, and RIFT out of complete disappointment in the end game so didn't bother playing long enough for much raiding there. Haven't done a lot of hard core raiding in a while, more interested in PvP lately, however raiding is enjoyable and I know my duties/what's expected when doing so.
PvP: World PvP in WoW up to BC (Ganking), WAR (RvR), Aion (Abyss), SWG (old school, faction warfare), L2 (Red or dead), SW:TOR (Ilum - yes, I know it's gone or changed or w/e now.. I quit a while ago. Really wish they hadn't screwed that up.)
I love battlegrounds/warzones but wasn't able to find competent team mates for ladders/ranked. I am very interested in such with GW2.
Leadership: Ran our SWTOR guild with some buddies and have been an officer in numerous past gaming clubs.
III. Computer Stuff
CPU: i7-3930k 6 core (12 counting hyperthreads)
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 Gaming
GPU: GTX 560's SLI
Connection Speed: 25 Mbps Down / 2.5 Mbps Up
HDD: Running 2xSSD in Raid 0 for fastest performance.
Headset: Yes, of course.
IV. Whatever Else
Other Contributions: Not so much. But I know this guy named Joe..
Guild Expectations: Skilled players with a legit sense of humor who know how to have a fucking riot of a time while moppin' the floor with scrubbies. Activity is pretty important, obv.
Etc.: I've got a lot of experience in MMO's and gaming in general. Like most of you (I assume), I've been gaming all my life. I know what to do and when to do it and can guarantee my effectiveness as an asset. I have a few friends who I've recommended you all to. I suspect they'll be applying as well. You recruitment video nailed it. That thing's like a giant neon sign with an arrow pointing to the party time.
I can definitely hold my own as a gamer, I just hate not having a solid group of reliable, dependable, and skillful associates to interact with. You all seem like you know how to have a good time, and that's exactly what I'm looking for.
